As a member of our caregiving team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We are committed to providing our caregivers with ongoing training and support to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to provide the best possible care.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is empathetic, patient, and compassionate. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in caregiving is preferred, but not required
As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Aiding with pet care and clean-up
Requirements
*Certification and experience in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required. Must provide CPR certification with application.
*Must provide proof of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test to be considered for hire.
